Dalia Rosa Delgado Burbano

Dalia Rosa Delgado Burbano is a Sociologist and Social Management Specialist with master’s in educational and Social Development. With experience in the field of development planning, project formulation, public policies, politics and governance, socioeconomic inclusion of migrant population, she has experience and 15 years of work in International Cooperation. She is recently Territorial Coordinator of UNDP in the Northeast area that includes the departments of Norte de Santander, Santander and Arauca.
